Abstract

This video presents a step-by-step demonstration of key surgical steps of a total myringoplasty.
Critical anatomical landmarks and risk zones are highlighted to improve understanding and safety.
The procedure is performed using otoendoscopy, with a 0° 14cm 3mm scope. The technique is an underlay tragal cartilage beneath the malleus handle, and a perichondrium graft over the malleus handle.
